In the 9 European Regions of RENEWING HEALTH pre-existing telemonitoring and health coaching programs are extended to large scale pilots and evaluated in order to provide evidence on the use of telemonitoring in real life settings. According to the specific pathology addressed and to the intervention modality, the telemonitoring services are grouped into Clusters and analysed with a common evaluation protocol. Each Cluster includes pilots from different Regions and operates as a muticentre clinical trial with the same objectives, design, methodology, outcomes and statistical considerations.
